Christina Milian was born September 26, 1981, in Jersey City New Jersey United States. She is one of the richest and most popular R&B artists. The R&B/pop star debuted in 2001 with A.M.-P.M. that came in at number three in the UK Singles Chart. The first time she appeared in the film was Love Don't COST a Dime (2003), which was a comedic film starring teenager actress. In the movie, she played Ghosts of Girlfriends Past starring Jennifer Garner. She took a short break from the music industry to film Bring It On: Fight to the Finish. Milian focused her return to the music industry in promoting her track Us Against the World. The video was also shot by Milian. Milian admitted that, since that point she had become a bit more careful with her choices for the album. The album included the ballad"Stay Euroclub Tug of War, reminiscent of Madonna's 90s fashion and the happy song Diamonds with Kanye. Pitbull is also featured as a guest on Blissful (produced by Cool & Dre), along with Rick Ross. Milian made two tracks on the soundtrack of Be Cool, a sequel to Get Shorty starring John Travolta with Uma Thurman. Then, Milian was selected as the lead character along with Kristen Bell and Ian Somerhalder in Pulse. The film was inspired by Kairo, a Japanese movie Kairo (2001) which was made by Wes Craven and Ray Wright. Filming took place in Romania which was a difficult time for Milian in which she was the victim of racial abuse and discovered that the boyfriend Nick Cannon was cheating on her. Milian was also in two videogames, Def Jam Vendetta (2003) where she played Angel a Mob boss girlfriend. The second game in the video is Need for Speed: Undercover (2009) where Carmen Mendez plays one of the main female characters. In the following years, after playing a major role in the horror film Scream it was her turn to make headlines. The film made a huge commercial impact and made around 11 times its budget. Also, it was well loved by critics. The three sequels to the show it was her turn to reprise the role. Following her role as the lead in Friends, she reached an all-new level of notoriety. The actress received numerous awards and nominations for her performances. The drama, which was an enormous commercial success, ran for 10 seasons. Recent work of hers includes her acting part in Mothers and Daughters, a drama film. She received the TV Guide Award as a consequence of her role in Friends. Also, The Golden Derby Award was also awarded to her in recognition of her role in Cougartown.
