Noureen DeWulf was born on the 28th of February 1984 on February 28, 1984 in New York City. The desire to be an actress was never a thing. Her career began as she enrolled in at the School of the Arts at Boston University. Her career started after she graduated. Then she began auditioning for various roles. She then got a role as a lead in a 2005 film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its world premiere in the Sundance Film Festival of 2005 in addition to being presented at numerous other festivals. It was also awarded the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film in the 2007 79th Oscars and helped Noureen's career. Noureen was a part of a variety of TV programs, like Girlfriends Num3rs Chuck or Outsourced. In addition, she has played minor and important roles in some of the most popular Hollywood films like Ocean's Thirteen The Comebacks Ghosts of Girlfriends Past and The Back-up Plan. She started out as a child actor, performing in movies such as Alaska (1996), Now and Then (1995), Hocus Pocus(1993) and All I Want for christmas (1991). After receiving international appreciation and attention in 1999 for her performance in the film American Beauty, she rose to the top of the charts. After that, she was able to star in Ghost World (2002), which received a lot of attention and earned her a Golden Globe nomination.
